REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Any orders canceled before your product has shipped will be issued a full refund. If the product is sent back and is determined to have a warranty issue, a full refund will be issued, or the product will be replaced.
If you are unhappy with your product, you have 30 days to return it as long as it is in new condition. Return must include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Shipping charges and shipping costs are not subject to refunds.
Products that are not subject to returns are custom products, used products, special orders, and products sold “as is” or “used.” If a custom product is sent in for warranty work, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
